Avatar Question

I have tried repeatedly to upload an avatar of me, I have resized the image well less than 100 pixels by 100 pixels. I continue to get the message my image is too large, greater than 15 KB. My image is very small. Not sure what to do.

Hi Steve, do a Save for web and change the size setting until you get it below 15KB. I am guessing what you are trying to make your avatar is a higher res than 72 ppi

Thanks everyone, the ugly face is now uploaded. Deleted everything and started over. 43rd time was a charm.
