I was just wondering if there was a way to accomplish this......?
You open a photo in PSE and it is displayed as a certain size. If you click on the photo you can change the viewed size by using the scroll wheel on your mouse. Once you enlarge the photo to the size you want, is there a way to save it as viewed? So far when I save the larger(cropped) photo I still get the smaller version (original copy).

All your doing when you click and then use the scroll button on a photo is changing the display size within PSE. It is not doing anything to the photo itself. Sort of the same as using Actual Pixels, Fit in Window, and Print Size in your edit window. Except the scroll wheel gives you finer control over the displayed size of the picture. However, when I open my pictures in the editor, they open at the "Fit in Window" size. Not sure if that was something I set in preferences or not and I'm not at home to check.
