Can anyone pont me in the right direction. I saw Kevq's in his gallery and want to give it a go. The ones I have found so far are not much help!

I especially like Serrator's OOB warps. His was one of the simplest and quickest to follow.

Ron,
agree about the warps but alas it's mainly for Photoshop.
I tend to use the shear filter to get my shapes.
