I think so too...about defaulting to Notepad...anyway...you're ideas are working...Thank you for helping me...at least now I'm on the right track I think.... I'll let you know if and when it happens again.

I'm glad you're on the right track. One little hint.......when you install any program, don't just accept the default program settings during installation. Choose the advanced route. You'll have more control over what the installation does.....not always, but most of the time. It's one way to avoid default settings being snagged by the new program.
