Great news, thanks Richard!

And a special note about installing actions in PSE6, Windows, Vista or Mac:

Edit: check for the availability of the PSE6 package on the above link.

Try sending Richard an email. Appears his site is having problems. I've been beta testing hidden elements 6 for several months now and they work well once you get them. They include neat things like mask highlights/shadows.

Thanks Michel!

I just bookmarked both pages.

Sunny,

Both links worked for me just fine.

The second link (to the PSE6 toos download) still does not work for me. I have asked Richard via his sub-forum at retouchpro:

The download site seems not yet ready. I have already installed all the tools for PSE4 in PSE6, which meant creating xml files and converting thumbnails to PNG... I am not in a hurry. What is problematic is the fact that the tools were fully integrated and explained in the book for PSE4. The book is really excellent and requires the tools; on the other hand, without the book, you'll miss a great part of the power of the tools. That's why unless Richard finds a way to publish an updated version of the book, which seems difficult, I still recommend his old PSE4 book with the tools. For CS users, his book about layers is excellent. If you want to understand and learn with method, that's for you. If you prefer tricks and magic recipes... there are others authors.
