Two photos in one space

I'm sure there is someone out there that can give me the directions to place two almost identical photos in one space. There may even be a keyboard shortcut to accomplish this.

I don't understand what you mean, Chas?? Can't you just drag one on top of the other.

Yes, I guess I could drag the photo. I could have sworn that there was a shortcut to "snap" one photo to the other.
I'll give it a try. Thanks. My end result is a well exposed sky from one version and a well exposed foreground from the other blended together. I think there is a way to accomplish this.

Here it is....taaa-daaa. The finished product. I took the overexposed foreground photo and blended it with the
properly exposed sky.

Were you thinking of Photomerge? I don't know if you have the PSE version that has that.

I have photomerge but only use it for panos. I've never tried it with two identical photos. I took the best of both photos....a good foreground minus the washed-out sky with a great sky minus the too dark foreground.
