Ive been using the preset patterns and have added to them. Is there anyway to use them or make them seemless. When I use them on a new blank 12x12 file, they are not large enough to make one print (one pass) i have to make 2 to cover the entire page & you can see where there connected. Is there a way to avoid this?

This is what I do, I don't know if there is another way. With the layer active you want to put the pattern on, click Layer on the top tool bar. Go down to Layer Style and choose Pattern overlay. Choose your pattern. You can scale the pattern to fit the way you want. By default it is 100% and covers seamless.
