I have been fooling around with litho. Would like your thoughts on before & after. I am on Elements 5 and just a casual user.

very interesting effect, is that a filter from xero?

Looks like a nice effect although I am not sure it is the right effect for this image. The original had a beautiful sky and the litho totally covers it a bit much for my taste.
