Giving up.

The colour correction is easy, and I could only clone out the double nose, etc and wind up just about where you were in you last post. The Focus Magic filter is lame in this case.

At first I thought you had panned a little to the right, but then on the right it looks like you panned left, so there is no obvious lens motion.

Do you have a feeling for what happened in terms of movement or movement effect? I was debating focus change, zoom change, trying to figure out some way of getting a systematic "fix" to no avail.

John, I think the movement is most likely due in part to the lighting inside the casino and I was hand holding the camera. So camera shake is most likely the main problem. I can't thank you enough for trying to fix it.
