I was asked to take a picture of a model CHuckWagon that is going to be used as a centrepiect of a promotion at the kitchen in out local Seniors Centre.

I selected the wagon out, copied it to the blank wall shot, then used a layer mask to blank ut between the wheels, etc.

Moved it around for a better effect and am waiting the 20x30 print that they will post at the lunch counter.

John:

Great job. I like the way you brought out the details of the wagon, The wheels really caught my attention.

Thanks for the comments.

I should add that the first two images are raw convereted to JPG by the Lightroom export routine, so pretty much out of the box, without any in camera adjustments for conversion to JPG.

I am awaiting the delivery of the 20x30 print to see how it turns out.
John
John, do let us know how the print turns out.

Just got the call and went and picked up the 20x30.

Biggest print I ever made.

Turned out OK, held the detail, but was a little darker than I would have liked. If I were doing more of these, I would seek out a better printer, but these guys turned it around in 2 weeks for $20.

My Canon printer will print up to 13x19, so it may be a long time before I go hunting for something better.
