Kev great sketch but I think your bird is somekind of finch. Our state bird in Wisconsin is the Robin and they do not have red on their faces just the chest and are much bigger. There may be another type of robin and I could be wrong . Where is our expert on birds and bugs and butterflys. was that Chuck? is he here?

glad you like my sketch.
Your Robins are American Robins, our is the original Robin Redbreast which is a member of the flycatchers family. When the first settlers went to America they saw a bird with familiar colouring and called it a Robin.
Sorry, we have the original you have the second best.
