This is an old slide from my archives :D
thought the subject was apt for a B&W treatment.

A larger size was added to my gallery. I sure wish I had waited for the walking man to get just a step or two further into the image.

I like it Rusty! I'm quite a fan of black and white, and find that many images look better to me in that mode.

Thank you, Alpha,

I was searching for one I thought "would work". I really liked the original because the colors were so rich and delicate. But, in this case, the shadow detail seemed to come out better in B&W. The shadow detail colors got thin and somewhat washed out when I tried to work with them.

I really do need to get better at B&W conversions. Maybe I should just take the easy way out and set my camera to shoot in B&W, then I don't have to make a decision.
