Here is a touch up I did of one of my fav baby pics of Jordan. Changed background, color/exposure correction in LAB, noise reduction via topaz denoise, and LAB USM edge sharpened.

beautiful cut out, wow look at those eyes! It looks like you lost some of the pink in her outfit - I'm guessing that was a side effect of the skin tone adjustment. Perhaps if you made a copy of the image did the skin tone adjustment and then erase out or mask out the outfit.
