Just a simple clean up, mostly improving the skin texture.

1. Used spot healing brush
2. Some cloning to tone down the highlights on the forehead and cheek
3. Duplicate Layer
(This is the unusal step I learned from a quick Tut today)
3. Then to smooth skin - Other>High Pass Filter set to 9.7 > then inverse the result Overlayed
4. Levels - adjustment Layer
5. Simplify filter - Topaz Labs Adjust - threshold set to .05 then results on layer set to 40% opacity.
6. merged all visible layers - created duplicate layer - adjusted skin tone - set layer to 40% opacity.

Interestingly - no sharpening was done - which is very uncommon for me.
