Rare I do this, but I had an idea overnight at work and I think it came out OK. Let me know what y'all think of this:

: My normal processing in LR2, sharpened in CS3; Lion 1st Adjustment.jpg (141.18 KiB) Viewed 1440 times

: Additional processing to 1st adjustment; Lion 2nd Adjustment.jpg (146.42 KiB) Viewed 1438 times

My idea was to try a Topaz 3 adjustment, so I took the 1st adjustment, created a virtual copy in LR2 then exported to CS3. Used Topaz 3 Clarity preset, saved back to LR2. Then in LR2, applied the WOW-d_BnW_10 preset.

I think I like it!

Hmmmmmmm,

Can't make up my mind, Gene.

I really like #1 a lot. I just hate it when I find myself dithering between versions of the same image.

I like both.

Gene,
The b&w version can stand on its own....great rendition.
I prefer the slightly muted tones of the second version.
