Some HDRs look "too fake" for my taste; that one is very subtle.

Betty: Yes it will do a jpeg. I'm not sure about a tiff. This photo was just a single jpeg done with this program.

Garry, from reading the program information, that is exactly what I have been looking for. I've googled many times for pseudo hdr, faux hdr, etc, but the search never returned anything regarding AutoHDR.
The download was incredibly fast since the application file is only an incredible 203kb !!
My Topaz adjust creates halos, noise & artifacts frequently. So, I'm really looking forward to trying AutoHDR.

btw, sorry I didn't read the program info before asking about it. But, I really like to learn from someone who has used a program successfully.

Absolutely! I can't count how many times I have "asked" and a Forum Friend will reply, "Well, this is what I do/use/think..."
We can all read ads for things that are "wonderful". I am more inclined to believe somebody (Garry) I know

Rusty, looks like we both have learned from prior experiences.
Garry, The program runs well. I like it because it is a stand alone. It's pretty neat for something so small.
Right now, I'm still working through the resizing options, since the default setting downsizes the image considerably. I hoping to be able to use & keep the original image size.

I tried out that program on a shot I took today. The top is SOOC; below is the HDR:

I don't care for the advertising they branded it with. Just for fun, I took my original and used just PSE (dodge & burn) to see what I could do with it.

Rusty, that's exactly what i like about HDR......you can be as conservative as you want for a natural look or you can go for the surreal look.
