This is my 10 month old dog - Zack. Here is what I tried:

Added one of Jodi's frames and then duplicated the photo and played with the artistic filters (there are more than show up in the initial drop down menu) and settled on "cutout" and played with the sliders until I got something I liked. Dropped the opacity just a hair to bring back a slight hint of detail from the original.

Hey all, just because it says make art monday doesn't mean you can't post on tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and so. Post any ole day you want.

Changed to Sepia and put a top and bottom frame only!

Okay here's mine, I don't remember everything I did to it though!
