Jane, Don't worry because we haven't set a time limit. Maybe we should so how about by 12/31/2008.....will that work for everyone??? That way you can travel and have all 4 seasons to find stuff. You don't have to get out of the house when your covered in snow.

So are we doing letters and numbers or just letters? And if we are doing numbers is it just 0-9?

Oh and what about a picture to represent every letter of the alphabet? I'm thinking about trying to do one of those for my kids. A personalized ABC book.

Maybe for all of you romantics you could do an "ABC's of our love book" and give it your sweetie for Valentines.
Wags, it is just letters. I am working on one to do for Valentines, as a challenge. Kim wanted me to do a write for the newsletter but she hasn't gotten back to yet as to exactly what kind of write-up she wants.
I know that I don't have enough time to do the 366 challenge, but I would like to do this alphabet challenge. I am a little confused. Do we take pictures of real letters and numbers or do we take pictures of objects that look like letters and numbers?
A life without cause is a life without effect.

Clara, this one as far as I can tell is to take pictures of things that look like letters.
This is not as strict at the 366. All we need to do is take photos of letters and numbers 0-9. Your letters/numbers can be made of anything but it has to clearly be a letter or number. Here is an example of a number and a letter that I have not cleaned up yet. Crop your final picture to a 4x6 so we are all uniform.

This sounds like a great idea, but may I suggest that m and w be allowed to be cropped to 5x6 or 6x6 in order to keep the letter size more uniform? They are much wider than the rest of the alphabet.

I will post my letters/numbers in my gallery as I complete them and when I'm done with all of it I will have them saved as 4x6 for all except M & W those will be larger then I will covert them all to png. I have not decided if I will put them in a separate gallery but maybe that is the best thing. What is everyone else going to do :?:
