We had an Ice Sculpture exhibit at a local art center on the 26th - the work was to remain until melted. On the 29th a stream of warm Gulf air pushed the temps up into the mid 40s and, 24 hours later we were back below zero. It was eight degrees at my house this morning.
I wanted to see what the 48-degree swing in one day (a new Milwaukee record) did to the sculpture. Interesting...
