I cloned out the people, police cars, and Christmas lights. Cropped the picture and then did the English Tin technique (sort of). I couldn't find "Fade" in Elements 6 so just messed around with the adjustments and filters unil it sort of looked right. Andie

Christell - not Orton. I used a Midnight Black action on it, dodged the porch and front entrance, and "lit" the lamps. Seems to me I burned the sky a little, too. This one was definitely a challenge for me.
