Kimi asked me to post this for this week!!! Remember you can post as many times as you want and it doesn't have to be just on Monday. Brushes, patterns, gradients,abstracts anything you want. So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!!!!

A little watercolor effect for the Grand Canyon

This was done with the watercolor effect from Kimi's homework last week. I took the same step that she took to add a gold layer style, only I added a beveled layer style to my outline.

What a beautiful blossom! Reminds me of an impressionist painting.

These are flag poles that are at the very end of Navy Pier on Lake Michigan in Chicago. I just played with the hue and saturation a bit and then did poster edges. That's my favorite filter.

Chas - you caught me.......I used the CH Impressionist filter......I think it was watercolor, soft daubs.
