Here is a simple B&W convertion using Graffi's anctions.

Enhance>adjust color>posterize>flter>adjustments>posterize>filter>glass>Graffi"s Action>B&WLab>Line Frame>Image>resize>canvas size grey>Graffi's frame.

Went from the picture to a 'sketch like' effect (going left to right).
