In case anyone wanted to know where this challenge photo was taken.....It is an example of some of the neat architecture at Balboa Park in San Diego. BTW all you folks are doing a fine job.

CTRL J to dupicate
Special Effects
Filters - artistic
Neon Glow
Opacity to 60%
Blending Mode to "linear lights"
That's it

Not much imagination here, selection, gradient background, stamp selection and another gradient. Too many late nights playing Mexican Train dominoes to have my brain function too well.

Did a B/W sketch, dragged it to the top of photo and used Multiply mode.
