The April photos were interesting & outstanding.
Thanks to all who shared their photos and thanks to those who viewed the challenge.

Please join me in shooting & posting 8 photos during May. All are welcomed to participate.

Thanks to all who made suggestions. Here are some of the subjects offered. The others will be used in upcoming months.

1. hat/cap (offered by Mary)
2. loner (as in single)
3. starting with the letter 'M'
4. natural (after a challenge by Puffin on another site)
5. low angle
6. porous
7. leather
8. leaning

extra - photos using any subject from prior months.
extra - recent photo/s you consider a favorite. Or a processed image/s that especially pleased you. (Please include the before image.)

Two substitute subjects are OK.

If you don't accomplish all 8 photos, please post what you do shoot, even if you only have 1 or 2. A little background regarding the photo is always interesting.

Photoshopping is optional.

In the photo below the sign my DW got me is "leaning" against the two coffee cup handles. It's on my computer's desk's book case, just above my computer's screen. Someday I'll mount it, but for now, it sits where I can see it and it makes me laugh.

Milkweed starts with an "M". The plant is known as the milkweed plant.

My wife, with all her plants and flowers, has made our yard a beautiful place.

Another entry for the letter M. This is known in California as the Mustard plant. It's a wildflower that grows all over SoCal in the spring. I'm wondering if it's in your state too? The top picture, as you can see, has a hummingbird sitting on a branch. Or is it standing on a branch?

I'm going to give this a try this month. Don't know if I'll get them all, but will get some of them. This is our Mare, Maggie. That should get it for the letter "M".
