Change a blend mode, play with a filter ..... anything goes as "ART"

NOTE: You may post your art through out the week. It is just a push to get you to go in and try something new. Remember you can post as many times as you want and it doesn't have to be just on Monday. Brushes, patterns, gradients,abstracts anything you want. So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!
I'm going to start this off with a kaleidoscope sunflower with a grunge frame from Filter Forge.

Chas, Thanks for starting Make Art Monday. Your kaleidoscope sunflower & grunge effect are beautiful.

Following Charlie's lead, I also used a sunflower & filter

The background was created with the Mehdi kaleidoscope filter.

The same background with an antique photo effect blended with it.
The sunflower has a little impressionist effect added.

Chas and Betty - very nice treatments of my favorite flower!

Not a sunflower, but at least a flower. This is a macro of a zinnia.

Nice sunflowers; it's fun to see different takes on the same subject.

Speaking of different takes ... all I can say is "Wow" for Irv's offering.
That's one of those, "I wish I had taken that."

I was just thinking the same thing about Irv's macro Rusty. Irv, make sure you add it for IOW it's beautiful. Wonderful creations Chas and Betty, I love them all!

Gorgeous flower art!!! I'm inspired to work on some of my flowers, but not today.

This art sculpture is in El Mercado in San Antonio, TX. Just had to add some arty effects and a border.
