Mary, Your 'crab' series is really interesting & helpful. I had never given much thought to preparing crabs. My last experience with such was when I was a kid in Galveston, Texas. We used to throw a bated line out & drag them in.

Looks like there is a shark in a tank trailer, which is hauled from one event to another. I didn't attend the fair (too hot & not that interested) So, took some photos from the adjacent street.
