It's "Make Art Monday!" Show us what you've got.

Change a blend mode, play with a filter ..... anything goes as "ART"

NOTE: You may post your art through out the week. It is just a push to get you to go in and try something new. Remember you can post as many times as you want and it doesn't have to be just on Monday. Brushes, patterns, gradients, abstracts anything you want. So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!

We're in Asheville, NC (yesterday and today). Besides a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway we went to the Asheville arboretum.

Picture was taken on an outer edge of the main gardens, then I did some dry brush and Topaz.

I love your results. Very well done. Love the Art.
Oh my, I guess summer really is coming to an end. I sure didn't expect to see 'color" this soon.

I love the composition, Tennie, and not going over the top on processing.

Very pretty, Tennie - nice color, nice fence, nice overall painterly effect.

We've been seeing trees change and drop for almost a month now because of the lack of rain. I'm not sure if I'm ready for fall yet!

Very pretty tennie, I like the effect of your post processing. Makes me want to see more color here so I can play!

tennie,

Your result is very pretty, very painterly.

I found time to do two this week, which is two more than usual. This one is a combination of an oil painting trick and camera motion when I took the shot.

Tennie, beautiful scenery painting.

Courtney, processing of both are interesting & well done. The camera motion is very different, in a good way. The one of Chris in the water is peaceful.

Rusty, nice effect. It does look like T. Simplify.
