Man cannot change the direction of the wind but he can adjust the sails
Bacon frosting - it doesn't bear thinking about, Courtney!

Love the "V", Tennie

Angela, that is such a lovely shot. I like your star effects.

Courtney
That's an unusual bear all right, Betty!
Cute "wind up" find, Tennie.
Your comments on the condo were very funny, Rusty!
Lovely photo, Angela.

Zoomed In: Had to really zoom in to get this rock climber today in Joshua Tree National Park.

Photo of Choice: Guess this pup couldn't read the sign since he appeared extremely eager to get on the trail!!

I bet most of the people who live in those condos don't realize how much one can see into their homes with a zoom.

So true. When you are up twelve or more floors, facing one of the Great Lakes, nosy neighbors do not come to mind. Hence, all the undraped windows. I sure wouldn't have realized "my space' was so wide open.

The climber and the dog are both great catches.

Angela, love your artistic treatment of the lovely scene.
Mary, great capture of the climber. What a cute, anxious pet -- fun catch.

Didn't realize I had the moon until I saw it on the computer, because I was mainly noticing the helicopter when shooting.

my choice:

The red maples have some blooms. There were some nice bees checking them out, so was this fly/?

This bat house stands in my field. Rather than box shaped, it has a narrow opening at the bottom for the bats to enter.

Only a few days before March. If anyone has suggestions for our March list, please send a PM. Thanks

Betty - The moon and the helicopter - what a unique catch. I like your close-up of the monster bee! Nice photos of the bat house - never knew there was such a thing. The 2 angles you shot give a clear idea of what it looks like.

Mary
I just noticed the single, lone star.
That must be a Texas Bat House !

Blue Tones: From Keys Point in Joshua Tree you were supposed to be able to see Mexico from here on a clear enough day. Don't think the day was clear enough! :bigwink:
