An entry for healthy is what I'm having for dinner tonight.

It's a mixture of brown rice, beans and an assortment of veggies.

Despite the number for cholesterol, I'm going to decree that five out of six is good enough!

You two should combine the meals. Rusty's snails would jazz up Russ's health food, & Russ's meal would add some health food to Rusty's cholesterol treat.
Any which way --- they both should be yummy meal.

Rusty, nice arty label :)
Russ, your capture makes the health food look appealing.

It actually is very tasty especially when you think of the changes it's made in my health. I started eating this way a little over 7 months ago. It was on my granddaughter's birthday which is Aug 16th. In that 7 month period I've lost 50 pounds, my LDLs have dropped and my HDLs have gone up. In addition my triglycerides, which have always been troublesome, have dropped to a desirable level. Same is true for my blood sugar level and blood pressure. My sleep apnea, heartburn and acid reflux have almost totally disappeared.

In case that's not enough to convince you my gray hair has gone back to the color it was 40 years ago. Well, maybe that part of my story isn't actually the way it is. But the rest is 100% true.

In case anyone wants to try what worked for me get the book "Doctor Neil Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes" You can find it on line for about $10.
This is the package (box) my new computer came in.

Well, it's gotten to be grass cutting time here. I purchased a few supplies for the final stages of putting the machines into service.

An entry for "anything with the letter E" would be the epiphyllum flower which is one of our backyard flowers. Sorry about the bird droppings in the background. This plant sits directly under a bird feeder and that gives us droppings in this area.

Another entry for healthy would be today's lunch.

After it's blended it turns into a wonderful drink [2nd picture].
