It's "Make Art Monday!" So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!

Change a blend mode, play with a filter ..... anything goes as "ART"
This Monday's submission is another photo from the sandstone quarry at Red Rock Canyon.

I started with a tutorial Courtney wrote for our June 2009 Newsletter (inspired by Leroy Neiman) and then just got carried away with levels, additions, blend modes, etc. 8-)

I'm running behind with so many projects this month. I had hoped to do some art with the oldie, but goodie - art history brush. J. Kost has some inspiration in this tutorial --- she mentions CS5, but I believe it works with most versions of CS -- not sure if elements has the tool -- Please let me know.

Chas a beautiful start to Make art Monday. Rusty i love your results. I think it is time to look at the old newsletters. Thanks for the idea. They sure were fun.
Betty what an awesome tutorial. I looked at it . I can not wait to try it but i must wait a bit . Gotta go make some money. I will post my results when i do the tut. Funny that there are so many tools that i have never tried. This is one of them. I am excited.
