I finally have my first photo to contribute to this month's list, anything with 'K.' One of the things we like to do is feed the chickadees in the parks. A lot of other people like to do it too, so the birds know the drill. I, of course, didn't have my camera ready when one landed on Chris' hat.

I used the bleach bypass filter in Topaz Adjust. Besides liking the look of the filter, it also helped hide the red Kool-Aide mustache Chris was wearing.

The sun came out on Sunday afternoon and there were still some autumn leaves around so I went out with my camera for a walk around the University grounds. I tried to get some of this month's challenge pictures.

A couple for depth of field

Anything 'K' - ducks and drake

I was very taken with the texture of this tree stump - so one for 'wood'

And the day was made for warm colours. It was useful to have a husband handy, wearing a red coat!

Last on for now - my choice for the month (just in case I don't have time to capture any more!)

Angela, that's a nice collection of photos you've posted. But I really like the bird photo - those feathers!
