Great shot of the lorry, Tennie. What pretty (and co-operatives) birds you have!
Not a lot is slower than a snail, Mary
Judy, how right you are. He will be everywhere in no time at all.

Fast: Well, this boat wasn't super-fast because the fellow could stand up and be on his cell phone, but it was faster than a kyak or paddeleboard! Taken this morning on Lake Washington.

Whew - that makes 8.

Mary
Lots of nice images this month. I never finished all of my eight.
I have posted a list for April in a new thread.

I am going away at the end of the month so it will not be convenient to try and put up a list for May. Will someone else please step up to do that?
Hey, you have a whole month to think about subjects. :)

Taken in March, just getting them posted now...

Public Art

Chris and I made our own public art in the snow one day when we went sledding. Have you seen some of the amazing art created by snow shoe, and also by raking sand on a beach?

Unlike those artists, we did not use geometry or gps. Here are Chris' two creations.

I have two for Q. The duck or goose prints reminded me of quacking. :) I guess if they are from geese, it would be honking and that wouldn't make sense for Q, so let's say they are duck tracks. If you've ever been in a snow covered woods, you know how quiet is is because the snow muffles sound.

I took a lot of photos for leading lines, but this is the one I like the best.

I expected fast to be easier than it was for me. Here the kids are too fast for my shutter speed.

Lastly I have wheels and slow, because we were stopped at a red light.

That's all 8. Whew!

Nice selection, Courtney.
Quack works for me 8-)

I believe your slower shutter speed makes the karate kids appear faster.
