Letter or shape for "O": We stopped at a garage in St. Regis, Montana, and I spied these stacked tires outside the garage, so will use this for the "O" shape.

O Mary there for a minute i thought you were in my neighborhood. :bigwink:
I'm really bummed out. Went to the Brady Street Festival today where I can always count on a handful of crazies to enhance the photo op chances. Woah, it was loaded with normal people. :o

I did get one missing piece for this month's list:

Rusty, Chris could borrow one of your Hawaiian shirts; this week is going to be Hawaiian theme at the kids day "camp" and he doesn't have much other than a lei to wear. He came home Friday after finding out about the next week's theme and immediately made 4 tiki gods on a cardboard box. :D

Mary, thanks. Good catch for "O." I like that shot.

Rusty, I like your shot of the normal chess players!

Monthly choice - substitute for gross: This is a lending station for kids who don't have life jackets at Curlew Lake State Park in NE WA - great idea!

The life jack borrowing station is so nice to see.
The posts are so interesting in this thread. I'm enjoying everyone's photos very much. There's lots of happy humor mixed in :D

We've been blessed with some rain recently.

This Mockingbird parent was keeping a close eye on me as well as threatening with dives & fussing.

A confused hopper was perched on some plastic. I don't know why he was there rather than eating up my plants.

This spider is making good use of an otherwise useless hopper. Sometime gross can be helpful.
(Thank goodness this is an outdoor spider activity.)
