It's "Make Art Monday!" So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!

Change a blend mode, play with a filter ..... anything goes as "ART"

But most of all,have fun.
This Monday's submission is a photo of the famous market sign at Pike's place in Seattle.
Oil paint filter used.

On new year's day we went snowshoeing. This is a high meadow or hilltop that just looks like it goes on forever, doesn't it? I normally don't like to blur my photos, but I used a Topaz soft focus filter on this one. I like all the blue and white of the sky, snow, and clouds. You can't tell from this photo, but we could see the mountains in the distance (behind us).

Oil Paint works well for the Public Market.
Soft Focus works well for that view.

I'll find something tomorrow.

Yesterday was 16-below; today is supposed to be about the same or a little bit warmer.

This morning I saw little birds perched om the very edge of the ice, bending way, way, way over to drink...
... my bird-bath heater is struggling to cope.

Used a series of Topaz treatments to this.

Yesterday. I even saw one jump into the middle of the water to splash around.
Go figure.

Your bird bath needs a little toy ice breaker motoring around to keep the water open. :D

We got a warm-up today. Hopefully it reaches you soon.
