It's "Make Art Monday!" So let's get busy and make some GREAT art!

Change a blend mode, play with a filter ..... anything goes as "ART"

But most of all,have fun.
This Monday's submission is of a small farm pond in Utah.
I added some atmospheric haze and light beams.

Totally cool beams, Chas.

Used Topaz Adjust Smooth and Flat on this swapmeet vendor.

Chas, looks super with the haze and light beams. Would be a nice place to visit.

Mary, your vendor looks like a real character. Great treatment.

My submission took more steps than I can remember. Basically lightening everything except the flower and then running it through a couple of Topaz filters and finishing with a texture.

Thanks, Tennie. That's a beautiful treatment of the blossom!

Mary
Chas, I like the softness you added around the clear subject.

Mary, he is hilarious! Nice processing.

Tennie, that is lovely.

My submission is certainly not art, but I'm posting it anyway. You've probably heard all the buzz about selfie shots in social media. Even my son, who is too young to be on social media, has heard about this fad. He wanted to shoot some selfies with me (is there a name of a 2 person selfie, a twofie? :rotfl: ) and of course he wanted to make goofy faces. Here we are, mugging for the camera. Can you tell I'm trying to look tough? I think I'll make it my avatar for awhile. Or maybe not. :)

Beautiful, Tennie. Reminded me of a Mark Johnson tutorial I remember doing. Nice treatment.
