that is cool Graffi!!!!
One more - click the thumb for the fullsize -

Many combinations here - I removed the sky & trees and created a perspective cloud layer (there's a tut for that here)

added some snow with the Snow action (funFotoFX pack) and put some on the ground with a few clicks of the magic wand (low tolerance - create a new layer and fill the selection with white in the new layer - then slightly Gaussian Blur it) and finished off with the Line Frame action.

...and there ya go!

great job, graffi. You should write a tutorial on that and put it in the tutorial section.
Very nice Graffi! And thanks for the clouds tut ... that will be very useful.

nice, suzi - looks like a tinplate pressing!

You should write a tutorial on that and put it in the tutorial section.

Thank you Graffi for the comment and for maybe (hopefully) doing a tutorial.
I forgot to write this down so here is what I think I did. Desaturate, Contrast boost, Filter> Render> Lighting effects> Spotlight. Played around with it until I liked it.

I love the original photo posted. I used the tut in the new Shutterbugs magazine: It gives a sketch a Watercolor wash look. I have been trying this on several photos & I really love how they come out looking. I have several posted in my gallery in Elements Village.
